What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in Human Resources or psychometrics where I can apply my psychology training to support employee wellbeing, strengthen hiring/assessments, and grow with a supportive team.

I’m an organized, efficient psychology graduate building my career in Human Resources and counseling support. I’ve worked as an HR Team Member and HR Intern, and I also completed a Guidance and Counseling Internship through the University of San Carlos - Counseling and Development Center.

I bring strong communication and leadership skills, along with practical workplace-focused training such as “Psychological First Aid & Workplace Mental Health.” I’m also earning credentials including Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and Registered Psychometrician (RPm), and I’m developing data skills with basic knowledge in Jamovi.
