At One Hot Mama's, I work as a bartender focused on providing positive guest experiences while staying diligent and focused in a fast-paced environment. Previously, I led server teams at Brody's Bar and Grill and supported opening, closing, and independent front- and back-of-house work at Chow Daddy's Restaurant.

I've also worked as a Closing Supervisor at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, delegating employees, serving customers, and preparing smoothies quickly. Across eight years in restaurants, I bring customer service, upselling, cash handling, food service management, and CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and first aid training.
