I seek roles where I can lead special education initiatives, mentor staff, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized instruction in collaborative, student-centered environments.

I am a dedicated special education teacher with extensive experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and specially designed instruction (SDI) to support student success in inclusive and specialized settings.
