I'm currently supporting client accounting and billing operations at Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, processing billing, collections, invoices, prebills, and financial documentation across multiple accounts.

I manage partner follow-ups on outstanding balances and internal queries while maintaining current client files and account-tracking logs. I'm recognized for efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and handling confidential information.

Previously, I conducted library research and managed image databases at The City College of New York. At Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, I managed POS transactions, delivered customer service, maintained food-safety standards, and collaborated to improve store efficiency.

Through NYU's ROSES Program and the RISE Lab, I've completed paraprofessional advocacy training and provided one-on-one support to NYC youth. I bring communication, active listening, analytical thinking, organization, and a commitment to ethical community-based advocacy.
