At Orelam Organic Foods & Independent Online Sales, I manage orders from customer enquiry and payment through fulfilment, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. I also monitor product availability and coordinate sourcing, preparation, and dispatch.
I built practical systems for inventory control, error and return tracking, staff accountability, and weekly KPI reporting. I also developed an e-commerce operations dashboard to show how orders, inventory, and business performance can be monitored in one system.
At HC Physio & Rehabilitation, I provided remote administrative support by managing appointment information, scheduling, records, payments, and customer communication. I’ve also analysed a 500,000+ row retail sales dataset, using data cleaning, auditing, trend analysis, PivotTables, and dashboard development.
