Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional support to teams and built and maintained strong customer and guest relationships. In my current role as a Room Attendant at Embassy Suites by Hilton, I provide guests with basic cleaning and deep sanitation services. I work one-on-one with clients and take on extra responsibilities as needed. I am diligent in reporting any damage or issues and ensure that all areas are clean, mopped, and disinfected. Additionally, I remove trash and soiled linens to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

Prior to this, I worked as a Server at Shangrila Tibetan and Asian Cuisine, where I completed my smart serve certification. I greeted customers, took orders, and provided exceptional service, resulting in high customer satisfaction. I managed multiple tables and orders efficiently, collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
