What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-driven community programs where I can strengthen operations, develop teams and partnerships, manage sustainable resources, and create measurable positive impact for underserved communities.

At Catholic Charities, I direct a portfolio of community-based programs, guiding administration, budgeting, compliance, performance improvement, and new initiatives that advance the organization’s mission.

Previously, I managed Refugee Services, Emergency Family Shelter, and Food Pantry initiatives across Central Iowa, leading data management, grant administration, strategic planning, staff development, and community partnerships. I also directed refugee services operations to strengthen service delivery and positive outcomes for refugees and the communities served.

My background spans nonprofit operations, volunteer leadership, warehouse and logistics management, safety, training, community outreach, and program delivery. I bring experience building teams, managing budgets, developing grants, and coordinating services for communities in need.
