Kelvin Boateng

I’ve supported senior leadership through administrative support roles at the Office of the Ag. Vice Chancellor, Regional Maritime University, where I rebuilt digital and physical filing for faster record retrieval and better data security.

I coordinate internal and external correspondence and dispatches, and I’ve been the first point of contact for stakeholders while proofing and preparing official reports with confidentiality in mind.

Outside that, I founded and run an independent retail business in Tema, managing the full sales cycle from sourcing to customer service and owning inventory, pricing, and customer relationship management.

To keep moving across environments, I work comfortably with modern collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Workspace, and Zoom, while continuing my BSc in Business Administration.
