What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare operations, medical billing, patient accounts, or customer service role where I can support patients, resolve concerns, manage account processes, and contribute to a collaborative team.

At Wakefield & Associates, I assisted patients with medical bills and account balances while supporting active accounts receivable operations. I also trained new hires on Active AR processes, workflows, and job responsibilities.
