What I'm looking for

I seek roles designing and implementing learner-centered training programs using instructional technology, collaborative teams, and data-driven evaluation to improve performance.

I am a passionate curriculum specialist with deep experience designing and delivering learning experiences that improve performance and organizational effectiveness. I combine instructional design, adult learning theory, and instructional technology (Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Canva, Microsoft 365) to create scalable, performance-focused training for diverse stakeholders.

I have led curriculum initiatives across K–12 and law enforcement settings, collaborated with federal partners and cross-functional teams, and managed high-volume training programs from design through evaluation. I prioritize data-driven improvements, SOP development, and participant-centered facilitation to increase engagement, retention, and operational outcomes.
