I’ve worked in fast-paced customer service roles where I took orders, packed food and drinks, and brought them back to customers. In every position, I focus on a caring attitude and a reasonable solution so customers leave satisfied.

At Chick-fil-a, I’ve been expected to be prepared for many stations and to fully open or close them during shifts. That includes being well versed in register, runner, turn, line, finisher, fry’s, nuggets, machines, breader, and dishes, while staying flexible with schedule demands.

I’ve also built content creation skills by using proper English to create subtitles and help people understand what’s said through video editing. Quick learning has been a big theme for me, because the things I’ve been taught have only needed to be explained once for me to stay attentive.

Currently at H&M, I run a cash register, bring clothes out onto the floor, and man the fitting room. I love the work compared to my other endeavors, and I’ve also completed community service hours through my school’s AVID program.
