I’m a customer-oriented professional who secures smooth freight operations by handling quotes, routing, documentation, and day-to-day shipment communication.

In my current role as an Ocean Export Specialist, I assist customers with freight quotations, cargo routing, documentation requirements, and communication to the right channels. I also monitor and coordinate shipment progress daily to ensure timely updates when changes affect customer shipments or operations.

Before that, as a Customer Care Specialist, I supplied weekly/monthly reports and supported international air freight customer service. I worked with Airlines, Truck Lines, Banks, and Agents by providing necessary documentation to move freight internationally and domestically, competing on quotes and quality of service.

I bring a strong administrative foundation, including maintaining customer profiles, auditing and recording freight, coordinating with accounting, and handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with reconciliations between international agents and airlines. I’m IATA and CFR (dangerous goods) certified, and I consistently look for ways to improve work processes to assure customer satisfaction.
