What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a private equity role where I can lead full-cycle deals, structure distressed and strategic equity investments, leverage my China origination network, and build data-driven investment systems that improve decision-making.

I’m a private equity investment professional with 13 years of full-cycle deal experience across private equity, distressed asset restructuring, and strategic equity investments on a US$18B AUM sovereign platform. I’ve led landmark investments like a US$42M strategic equity deal in SERES Automotive (backing Huawei’s AITO M7 vehicle series) and delivered exits ranging from 15x to 10x MOIC across Series A through IPO.

I also drive US$1.4B+ aggregate debt restructuring across three listed enterprises, coordinating stakeholders from Finance Bureau and Financial Regulatory Bureau to commercial lenders and corporate boards. Beyond deal work, I designed and built an interactive investment management dashboard (JavaScript, Chart.js) and apply Python and AI/LLM tools to accelerate investment research, due diligence, and investment analysis.
