What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a junior research or evaluation support role focused on M&A analysis and rigorous evaluation criteria for AI models, where I can apply my valuation, due diligence, and investment research experience while growing my transaction knowledge.

At Ruigu (Quzhou) New Material Technology Co., Ltd., I build DCF valuation models to assess corporate value and support financing strategy. I also analyze profitability drivers and competitive positioning.

I coordinate end-to-end due diligence for 32 institutional investors, including document preparation, executive interviews, and compliance workflows. I’ve managed more than 30,000 financial and legal documents and authored investment research reports for management decision-making.

At Richen Capital Co., Ltd., I participated in executive interviews and project roadshows, supported financial modeling, and contributed to five investment analysis reports.
