At China Academy of Industrial Internet (CAII) — Jiangsu Branch, I authored more than 500 pages of national- and provincial-level policy proposals, developing the analytical framework from scratch. The proposals secured government digitalization subsidies for regional industrial hubs.
I also defined high-value AI application scenarios for manufacturing sectors and co-authored a business plan to commercialize a technical PaaS platform. I built a risk-return benchmarking model across listed technology firms to assess industrial AI deployment viability.
At SIP Su-Xiang Co-operation Zone Administrative Committee, I designed a Regional Business Environment Evaluation System benchmarked against World Bank methodology. I also directed the full lifecycle of a RMB 700M public infrastructure project, from conceptual design and land acquisition through handover.
Earlier, I worked across investment banking and corporate finance. My experience includes due diligence for a RMB 750M hotel-asset acquisition, executing two deals valued at more than RMB 2B, and assisting with the structuring and raising of RMB 87M across three fund products.
