I'm currently Acting Headteacher at Doha Academy, leading EYFS and Primary within a diverse EAL community. I align curriculum, assessment and teaching, oversee behaviour, safeguarding and pastoral systems, and support NEASC and QNSA accreditation readiness.
As Headteacher at Kingshurst Primary School in Birmingham, I led whole-school strategy across teaching, learning, assessment, safeguarding, staffing, finance and development. I increased phonics outcomes from 66% to 87% and improved KS1 and KS2 outcomes by 10%, bringing measures in line with or above national standards.
