I've led pathology laboratory operations at US Dermatology Partners since 2011, supporting routine histology and high-complexity grossing under CLIA/CAP standards.
I perform embedding, microtomy, grossing, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, MOHS, special stains, and microscopic section preparation. I also oversee laboratory safety qualifications and consumables inventory monitoring and purchasing.
Before US Dermatology Partners, I built hands-on histology experience with Pathology Associates of Tyler, Clinical Pathology Laboratory, and Pikeville Medical Center. My work included cutting, H&E staining, special staining, coverslipping, frozen sections, QA/QC, and consultation send-outs.
I'm an HT-certified histology professional with laboratory management and safety qualifications, bringing more than 14 years of pathology laboratory experience.
