What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support attorneys as a senior paralegal and legal-ops leader—drafting, e-filing, managing discovery and trial prep—while applying AI (Copilot/ChatGPT) to cut turnaround times and keep matters organized and confidential.

I’m an accomplished paralegal and office operations professional with a proven track record of reducing attorney workload and improving case efficiency. I’ve spent 12 years in legal roles, and I’ve consistently handled sensitive information with discretion.

In my current role at Anthony S. Colavita Esq. Attorney at Law and Medical Malpractice Management LLC, I draft and transcribe routine legal documents (including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas), manage scheduling, and keep court deadlines on track. I also support discovery by organizing materials, assisting counsel with responses, and maintaining legal files and correspondence to keep cases moving.

Before that, I served as Office Manager at Medical Malpractive Management LLC, where I handled client inquiries by phone and email, reconciled accounts payable/receivable, and maintained accurate financial records and confidentiality. I also managed intake and case file organization at Excelsior Legal Services, including tracking discovery due dates and statute limitations.

More recently, I opened my first artificial intelligent law office through www.worldlawyers.ai, designed to help attorneys customize work to specific jurisdictions using AI and Microsoft Copilot/ChatGPT. My mindset is simple: stay on top of the technology in my field, streamline what used to take weeks into minutes, and deliver clear, reliable support for attorneys and clients.
