What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote (USA) paralegal role where I can contribute immediately—handling legal research, drafting, file/deadline management, and client communication—across practice areas with strong documentation and compliance standards.

I’m a newly credentialed paralegal (AAS, Legal Studies, Bryant & Stratton College, 2026) and I bring 17 years of business ownership rooted in contract, compliance, and client-facing work. I founded Pristine Property Management and managed 250+ active client accounts from intake through resolution, while drafting, reviewing, and administering 300+ contracts and agreements with zero compliance fines over 10 years.

I’m skilled in legal research and litigation support—using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and case management tools like Clio and MyCase to keep matters organized and deadlines on track. I handle document production and e-discovery, support deposition scheduling and trial preparation, manage HIPAA-compliant document handling, and run client billing and records with accuracy, speed, and consistency. I’m also an NFPA and ABA (Law Student Division) member, and I’m ready to contribute immediately across any practice area.
