With 24 years of dedicated experience as a Registered Nurse, I have honed my skills in clinical education and application analysis. My journey has led me to serve as the Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Application Analyst, where I manage educational initiatives across multiple Long-Term Acute Care facilities. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to enhance efficiency and contribute to organizational growth.

At KPC Promise Health, I have successfully implemented educational plans, created training materials, and provided in-person training for healthcare staff. My role involves collaborating with teams to ensure that staff and patients receive the best educational support. I have also acted as a liaison between internal clients and vendors, facilitating software enhancements and integrations that optimize clinical workflows.

My commitment to fostering teamwork and quality service extends to my role as a House Supervisor at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center. Here, I coordinate hospital activities and promote patient safety, ensuring that all personnel are supported in delivering exceptional care. I am excited to bring my extensive clinical nursing skills and leadership abilities to a new opportunity where I can continue to make a positive impact.
