I am looking for a role that fosters professional growth and allows me to innovate in nursing education.

With over 16 years of experience in nursing and education, I am a dedicated Nurse Educator committed to enhancing the learning experience for healthcare professionals. My journey has been marked by a passion for developing accessible, evidence-based educational resources that empower clinical staff and improve patient care outcomes.

Currently, I serve as a Critical Care Nursing Educator at St. Francis-Emory Healthcare, where I have successfully created a comprehensive orientation plan and a critical care nursing core curriculum. My role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize policies and protocols, ensuring that our clinical practitioners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills necessary for high-quality patient care.

Throughout my career, I have held various positions that have honed my clinical expertise and leadership skills, from bedside care in intensive care units to instructional design and curriculum development.
