What I'm looking for

I am seeking a remote or hybrid operations role where I can streamline processes, reduce inefficiency, lead vendor relationships, and improve customer experience within fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional teams.

I spent 12 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a Level 1 trauma OR, which is a pretty good training ground for staying organized under pressure and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Since then I've worked in healthcare billing, real estate transaction management, and B2B operations, which are all roles that come down to the same thing: keeping complex, multi-stakeholder processes running accurately and on time.

I'm looking for remote roles in customer success, implementation, operations coordination, or program support. I work best in environments where the work actually matters and where follow-through is genuinely valued.
