What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply my operations, process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder-management experience in healthcare administration and service delivery.

At Everpure, I coordinate time-sensitive customer fulfillment and service operations, helping external partners meet SLAs, customer requirements, and service commitments.

I analyze operational data across Excel, Baxter, Source Support, Salesforce, and Smartsheet to identify risks, delays, and performance gaps. I also lead customer-facing Root Cause Corrective Action investigations and partner with service, engineering, RMA, and vendor teams to improve workflows.

My background includes end-to-end international equipment movement at DocBox, asset lifecycle management supporting a Marine Corps Base, and logistics leadership in the U.S. Army. I managed more than $2M in property and equipment, supported a $2.5M budget, and planned movement of organizational property to Kuwait and Iraq.

I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Health Care Administration while bringing 10 years of operational leadership, reporting, training, accountability, and escalation-resolution experience to healthcare operations.
