At Zumia Space, I designed and built a multi-channel AI agent system that connects Messenger, Telegram, Zalo, and webchat through one backend. I added tenant-separated document knowledge and safeguards for customer data and outbound actions.
Since 2018, I’ve founded and run 3K FOREST CO.,LTD, an agency serving SME clients across Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels. I manage ad accounts and the campaign team, and handle client discovery through delivery.
I also built Zumi Agent, a desktop app for multi-agent orchestration, and a custom CRM for a travel company. I start from the business problem, agree on scope and acceptance tests, and build workflows with human approval points.
