What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a 100% remote role where I can work independently and apply my experience supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing cases and documentation, and following established procedures.

At Hadasa Recruitment Agency, I support candidates, the Director, and departmental recruiters through recruitment and onboarding. I prepare offer letters and employment correspondence, maintain candidate records in the Talent Acquisition System, and follow up on incomplete files and pending actions.

At Mumaid Bureau Services, I managed client cases from start to finish, helping clients navigate documentation and application processes. I recorded information in Musaned and Enjaz, submitted applications through NEAMIS, and tracked appointments and processing timelines via VFS Global.

My experience also includes customer support at Lucida Tours and Travel and supply chain work at Brisk Marketing and NEMA, Kenya. I hold a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management and am fluent in English and Swahili.
