I’m looking for a growth-stage team where I can lead cross-functional campaigns and communications—especially IPO-ready positioning—using structured workflows, strong content/SEO, and measurable performance marketing to drive fast, visible results.

I’m a marketing-focused Project Manager with an MBA in Marketing and 3 years across brand, content, campaigns, and events. I’ve worked closely with founders to shape how fast-growing companies talk about themselves—spanning social strategy to investor narratives—while owning outcomes end-to-end.

At Translumina / Integris MedTech, I coordinated cross-functionally from the Founder’s Office and built structured workflows on ClickUp and Monday.com. I took full ownership of the IPO-readiness PR initiative—designing the agency evaluation framework, running the pitch process, and leading to a final decision—while building the founder’s LinkedIn from zero (two content IPs, 40+ posts, 3x engagement growth in 12 months) and writing corporate positioning and policy narratives. Previously, as Asst. Marketing Manager at SS Innovations International, I led a national launch campaign (Rs. 2 crore ad campaign and Rs. 1.5 crore press conference), grew LinkedIn to 46,000 followers in 6 months, directed Website 2.0 (SEO + wireframing) with 800+ content pieces, and launched a first newsletter to 20,000 subscribers.
