I'm seeking opportunities in Technical Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or Product Delivery roles.

At ZopSmart, I contributed to product requirements and release decisions by reviewing user journeys, acceptance criteria, and API contracts with product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders. I also supported business UAT and go/no-go decisions.

I reduced regression execution time by 87.5%, from 8 hours to 1 hour, through threaded and parallel test execution. I built automation pipelines and test-data tools, and used Claude and ChatGPT to draft test scenarios and QA documentation.
