What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level or internship Product Management role where I can apply product thinking, user research, MVP design, agile delivery, and AI-driven prototyping. I'm open to remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities.

I'm building toward product management by turning customer pain points into actionable product insight. My BITSoM Product Management with Agentic AI program has strengthened my product thinking, MVP design, agile execution, product analytics, and applied AI skills.

For a BITSoM capstone, I designed a multi-agent travel-planning platform for itinerary discovery, budgeting, and booking coordination. I also audited PhonePe's public onboarding funnel, identified five friction points from user reviews, prioritised three improvements, and created Figma wireframes for the top fix.

At Trigent and Wipro, I supported customer processes for Accenture, Verizon, PepsiCo, and Morgan Stanley. I handled customer queries across driver support, telecom, broadband, and insurance while surfacing recurring user issues—experience that continues to shape how I approach user empathy and product decisions.
