What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data analytics role where I can turn banking, fraud, and operational data into reliable reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights while continuing to grow in data science and AI.

I've supported banking operations at Kotak Mahindra Bank through MIS reporting, Excel dashboards, KPI tracking, and investigation of 40+ high-priority fraud and customer escalation cases. My work combines transaction verification, root-cause analysis, accurate documentation, and stakeholder coordination to support risk mitigation and timely resolution.

Previously, I handled KYC, AML, international remittance, and fraud-related cases at Sutherland Global Services, earning promotion to Customer Protection Officer within 10 months. I also build SQL, Python, and Power BI analyses, including a credit-card fraud project that identified 492 fraudulent transactions across 284K+ records.
