What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen QA automation for customer-focused software, building reliable Playwright or Selenium frameworks, improving CI/CD feedback, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

At ACI Worldwide Solutions, I lead QA for internal ERP and HCM systems, migrating regression automation from Selenium to Playwright with TypeScript and integrating continuous feedback into Jenkins pipelines.

I've owned quarterly regression cycles, defined automation strategy and test coverage across sprint releases, and led a small QA team through planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and onboarding. I also manage test suites in Octane and defects in JIRA through triage, developer follow-up, and closure.

Previously, I tested Carl Zeiss's Customer Service Order Portal at Trivium eSolutions and Ericsson's IBMS incident-management workflows, combining functional, regression, API, integration, and UAT testing.
