I’m a Quality Assurance professional with 6+ years of experience ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of web and mobile applications. I focus on manual and automation testing, end-to-end validation, and regression coverage to help deliver consistent releases.

In my current role as Quality Assurance Officer at Swift Digital, I perform automation testing using Selenium WebDriver or IDE and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing across web and mobile apps. I also run functional, regression, and usability testing on event pages, landing pages, marketing automation workflows, campaign flows, and email/SMS management features.

I’m hands-on with API testing using Postman, validating responses and correct handling of error conditions. I also validate data migration during system updates to ensure data accuracy, and I support cross-browser and mobile responsiveness testing for consistent user experiences.

I’ve maintained regression coverage throughout sprints and release cycles to prevent major defects from reaching production, and I was awarded the SPOT Award for consistent performance and contribution to product reliability.
