Keandra Bintcliffe

I'm currently leading end-to-end delivery of digital insurance products for insurers and underwriting managers on the Root platform. I connect clients, underwriters, solutions engineers, data teams, and support staff from design and ideation through launch, cutover, and post-go-live support.

At TouchFoundry, I managed multiple technical projects across fixed-cost, maintenance, and support environments. I worked daily with stakeholders to meet timeline, budget, scope, quality, and client-satisfaction requirements while identifying risks early and putting contingency plans in place.

Previously at Semper, I took development responsibility for a client-facing Q&A knowledge-base platform, building an all-round search filter and fixing bugs across the main product. I worked with SQL and C# on the backend and TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular Material on the frontend.

I've also co-founded EaziThenga, where I ran operations, sales, and finances and helped secure angel funding. My background combines software engineering, project delivery, Agile and Kanban workflows, and practical stakeholder communication.
