What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or stakeholder management role where I can lead teams, strengthen HR and project delivery, manage budgets and risk, and use data and quality control to improve performance.

At Skooli, I managed operations and stakeholder engagement, delivering HR operational support, budgeting and cost control, project planning, scheduling, risk management, and strategic project reporting.

At SANBS, I perform laboratory functions, monitor PowerBI dashboards, supervise laboratory staff, train new employees and interns, and support customer relations.

I also bring hands-on management experience from brand supervision and area sales, including team leadership, stock control, CRM monitoring, budgeting, rostering, invoicing, and conflict resolution. I'm currently an MBA candidate at UNISA.
