I am a strategic data management leader with 15+ years' experience delivering business value and regulatory compliance across asset management, investment banking, and insurance. I specialise in designing and embedding data governance frameworks, driving data quality improvements, and aligning data initiatives with business strategy while leading and mentoring global teams.

My achievements include operationalising enterprise data governance and control frameworks, establishing Critical Data Elements and metadata standards, and delivering governance reporting and automation using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
