At Loh Services GmbH & Co. KG, I established the organization's first Enterprise BI Governance Framework, covering ownership, lifecycle management, controls, and adoption across 30 countries and 10 subsidiaries. I also transformed self-service BI governance for a 2,000+ user base, cutting licence costs by about 18%.
I led an MDM transformation using Tibco EBX, aligning five workstreams and four master data domains, and managed a 700+ user story backlog as a Scrum Product Owner. I designed a SAP Datasphere–Power BI integration strategy and created a reusable playbook for data products.
I built Loh Services' AI governance blueprint and ran an AI literacy programme for more than 100 people. I also introduced Celonis process mining to improve transparency and optimize governance processes.
At Billigence Europe GmbH, I delivered data governance implementations for telecom and FMCG clients, supporting adoption of Alteryx Connect and Collibra across 800+ users. Earlier, at Accenture Technology, I developed governance roadmaps and tool evaluation frameworks, and led delivery of enterprise application projects, including a credit risk reporting solution for a Nordic bank.
