What I'm looking for

I'm looking for billing operations, senior billing analyst, order-to-cash, SaaS billing, revenue operations, AR, billing specialist, or billing systems roles where clean data, contract accuracy, customer billing, and issue resolution matter.

At Brivo, I manage recurring SaaS and subscription billing for enterprise and dealer accounts, from activations and renewals to amendments and terminations. I review invoices against contracts and maintain NetSuite billing setup to support accurate customer billing.

I built Excel, Power Query, and Domo reporting tools that reduced manual billing workload by 75% and removed roughly three weeks of manual work from the annual billing cycle. I also reconcile billing records with contracts, AR, collections, and revenue reports, and validate SQL query output before billing runs.
