What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance work in data science, computational epidemiology, biostatistics, and predictive modeling, particularly roles where I can develop models that support infectious-disease research and public health decision-making.

At Northern Arizona University, I forecast epidemic dynamics and lead predictive-model development for infectious diseases, collaborating across ecological and epidemiological research. I also developed disease-forecasting models as a Guest Scientist in the Biostatistics Division at HZI Germany.

My work combines mathematical and statistical epidemic modeling, spatial analysis, machine learning, and biostatistics. I co-developed epymorph, a framework for constructing, simulating, and fitting spatial models of infectious disease spread, and have contributed to COVID-19 forecasting and personalized health monitoring research.
