What I'm looking for

I seek roles applying statistical and machine-learning methods to public-health or networked data, where I can lead method development, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor students in a supportive, research-driven environment.

I am a PhD candidate in Statistics with extensive experience applying statistical and machine learning methods to network, spatial, and time-series data to inform public health policy and decision-making.

I have developed novel community-detection and missing-data imputation methods, built Granger-causal network maps to identify influential nodes for disease spread, and applied these methods to Oregon transportation and wastewater surveillance data, improving interpretability and computational efficiency.

I consult on study design and analysis, teach R programming and statistics labs, and deliver reproducible analyses and visualizations using Python, R, SQL, and modern data-science tooling to support researchers and stakeholders.
