What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role where I can use my analytical skills and dedication to contribute to efficient data management.

At Patterson's Station 67, I directed daily front- and back-of-house operations and tracked profits and food waste using Excel spreadsheets.

I also trained new team members on POS system operation and restaurant service procedures. At Loco’s Grill and Pub, I managed inventory with daily meat counts and FIFO rotation.

I'm currently a Line Cook - Captain at Bonetish Grill, where I oversee inventory and kitchen-line operations. With a bachelor's degree in English and a Certified Coding Specialist certification, I'm seeking a remote role.
