At Ponderosa Telephone, I provided intermediate and advanced hardware and software support, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions. I also processed and tracked files for customer billing statements.

I managed user access, setting up accounts for incoming employees and deactivating accounts for departing employees. I evaluated and provisioned upgraded hardware and implemented it without interruption.

At UC Merced Office of IT, I supported computer lab hardware and software, including monitors, towers, components, and installed applications. I interviewed, trained, and supervised four employees in daily duties.

Earlier at UC Merced Office of IT, I was the first point of contact for students and faculty with basic computing questions and issues. I also created troubleshooting documentation for printers, projection, and AV issues.
