At Quess Corp Limited, I currently manage talent acquisition for the Reliance Industries Limited RPO, supporting manufacturing, corporate, and hydrocarbon businesses.
Previously, I handled recruitment for Reliance Jio 5G and Raymond Limited through RPO engagements. My work has included planning recruitment around business requirements, managing permanent and contract hiring, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
Earlier, I delivered RPO services for multiple clients at Total Sourcer, including talent mapping, headhunting, and candidate outreach. Across my roles, I’ve worked on end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, onboarding processes, and recruitment systems.
