Kaushik Mande

I’m a responsible graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC), driven by a passion for building safe, reliable experiences. I’m also trained through a Diploma in Sound Engineering & Specialization in Music Production, which strengthened my creative and production mindset.

At Accenture (still present), I review content for intellectual property violations and ensure compliance with legal and platform policies. I assess authenticity of account ownership using verification checks, optimize algorithms to identify fraudulent accounts from behavioral and network patterns, and validate payment platform transactions against regulatory and compliance requirements.

I continuously work on improving machine learning classifiers to enhance detection accuracy and help ensure platform safety for all audiences. Alongside this, I bring strong leadership, critical thinking, creativity, negotiation skills, and event-focused collaboration—plus experience as a percussionist for live performance.
