I seek a role that encourages creativity in lesson planning and offers growth opportunities.

I am an experienced elementary teacher with nearly a decade of teaching PreKindergarten in Dallas, Texas. My journey in education began as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher in Maryland, where I developed a strong foundation in classroom management and lesson planning. I am passionate about creating a positive learning environment that fosters children's love for school.

Throughout my career, I have embraced the CLASS approach and Conscious Discipline to enhance my teaching methods. As a team lead in the PreK Partnerships program, I have successfully facilitated lesson planning and family engagement events, ensuring that both parents and children are actively involved in the learning process. I am excited to bring my skills and dedication to a new school district, where I can continue to make a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences.
