I'm looking to lead talent-centered organizations through culture, leadership, and sustainable impact, developing people, strengthening leadership capabilities, and building high-performing teams.

At Stanley Black & Decker, I lead HR operations in Peru and cross-functional initiatives across Latin America, modernizing services through Workday and improving the end-to-end employee lifecycle. I partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to standardize processes, strengthen engagement, and deliver talent, recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration programs.

I've designed leadership coaching, role-based onboarding, and Workday training programs that improved employee self-service and raised onboarding satisfaction from 2 to 4 out of 5. My work also includes succession planning, talent reviews, organizational mapping, budget management, and the Latin America Internship Program across four countries.
