I’m looking to lead recruiting and TA operations where I can scale headcount, build high-performing teams, and use recruiting analytics and generative AI to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and candidate experience.

I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across healthcare, technology, and high-growth environments. I build and lead high-performing recruiting teams, design scalable TA processes, and partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy—while keeping candidate experience at the center.

Most recently, I led all talent acquisition and HR operations for a multi-state pharmacy scaling across FL, TN, and TX, driving a 25% increase in headcount and fully staffing a brand-new location from the ground up. I’ve implemented and optimized ATS workflows (Greenhouse, Taleo, Workday), built recruiting analytics dashboards in PowerBI and Excel, and used generative AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline job description development, sourcing automation, and candidate communication.
