I’m a reliable, hardworking sales assistant with excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the flexibility to work weekends. I’m confident working both on my own and in a group, and I’m eager to learn new skills while improving my performance.

In my current role as an amusement worker at Lucky Strike Amusement Pontypridd, I focus on counting winnings, making sure arcade machines are working, and completing light duties. I also bring retail experience from Poundland, where I worked as a sales assistant, including customer-facing support and day-to-day store responsibilities.

Earlier experience includes sales assistant work at Mark’s and Spencer’s and a trainee retail assistant position at WHSmith’s, plus a work placement covering customer service, stock control, and cash handling. I also hold Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 (and a QA level 2 award in food safety in catering) and enjoy working with others and solving problems.
