Learned till operation and customer service skills in a busy Christmas retail environment, developing adaptability, time management, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations during the peak season.

Worked primarily on tills, self-service checkouts, and kiosk, switching roles throughout shifts to develop adaptability. Responsible for areas of the store during busy hours, making quick decisions to ensure smooth shopping, and familiar with kiosk duties and regulations for tobacco, lottery, and utility payments.

Developed conflict resolution skills by handling customer complaints and returns, assessing situations to approach each complaint at my own discretion. Met sales goals set by the store regarding the sale of reusable bags at the checkout, developing decisiveness.
