What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to support children's development in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for professional growth.

I am a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rhodes College. My experience includes implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder, where I utilize evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to foster essential skills in communication, socialization, and daily living. I have a strong commitment to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and tailored to each child's unique needs.

Throughout my professional journey, I have honed my skills in maintaining detailed records of client progress and providing ongoing support to families. My role at Positive Behavior Supports Inc. has allowed me to engage deeply with clients and their families, fostering a positive home environment conducive to skill development. Additionally, my leadership experience as a student-athlete and team captain in collegiate volleyball has instilled in me the values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience, which I carry into my professional endeavors.
