I am an experienced NOC Engineer with a strong background in proactive monitoring, incident and change management across large telecommunications and enterprise environments. I have worked closely with global teams to resolve critical alerts and ensure service availability using tools like SolarWinds, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch and PagerDuty.
My hands-on experience includes server administration (Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2), basic Linux tasks, network infrastructure management, and firewall/security appliances such as Fortigate and Dell SonicWall.
