At Burlington Coat Factory, I review materials and boxes to identify problems and determine the needed solution. I update item quantities in WMS, print LPN labels, and use an RF scanner to support box corrections and ticketing.

I also audit ticket-printing machines and submit an IT ticket through Service Now when I can’t fix an issue. Before moving into Research Clerical, I worked as a Ticketer, checking item tags, box LPNs, and quality.

I’m pursuing an associate degree in Computer Information Systems through Rowan College at Burlington County and a bachelor’s degree in Data analytics through Rowan University. My coursework includes introductory Python, Excel, and Google Sheets.
